My experience at Gateway on Lake Harbour was great. Kentrell (front desk) explained things to me & was very helpful. He was very patient & knowledgeable. I will definitely be coming back of I need anything else for my SUV!

Customer focus logo does not apply here. Simply dropped my tire off for a plug, brand new Lexus wheel. They list the valve cap that matched all the others, and couldn’t spare a min to actually put the tire back on my car. I’m having to go home in the middle of the day before a road trip and pull out a jack and put it on myself.

Michael and the Gateway team have taken care of my family for several years, both import and domestic vehicles. Best to get there before they open. Solid service work, appropriate pricing and excellent customer service on a consistent basis. Make them your go-to.

I believe this was my first time personally taking my vehicle to Gateway, and I must say I was beyond pleased with the experience. I dropped my vehicle off the night before, completed the form explaining what it needed, placed my keys in the envelope, and received a phone call early the next morning confirming that I did, in fact, need an alignment. About 20 minutes later, I received a text letting me know my vehicle was ready for pickup. When I walked into the clean facility, Kendall greeted me and asked how he could help. I realized he was the one who had called me earlier and thanked him for his assistance. He was very down to earth and professional. I also overheard his coworkers interacting with their customers in the same polite, professional, and informative manner. The entire team seemed excellent at what they do. As an added bonus, I received a $25 discount for booking online. Thank you, Gateway and Kendall, for such a smooth and pleasant experience! 😀
